UPCOMING RELEASE: SIGURÐUR - Niu lif Einars Hrafns

The debut album from SIGURÐUR, founded by Czech-Icelandic musician Martin Sigurdur Kajzar is fast approaching.

On November 6, Hypnotic Dirge will release "Niu lif Einars Hrafns" (Nine Lives of Einarr the Raven), following the symbolic journey of Einarr - a wandering soul repeatedly returning in the form of a raven through darkness, death and memory.

"Niu lif Einars Hrafns" is presented as a gatefold LP with an insert including the lyrics in English, Icelandic, and Czech. The CD edition is also quite extensive, with a massive 24 page booklet also including the lyrics in all three languages. In the weeks ahead, we will share more of the original photography adorning the album, but today, we begin by sharing the cover art for "Niu lif Einars Hrafns", created by Martin “Zyca” Richter

"Niu lif Einars Hrafns" also features several special guests from the international black metal scene, which we will made known soon! First song premiere and official pre-order launch are also on the horizon!

We are now taking pre-orders for the debut album from Melodic Black Metal duo Stellar Rot.

ALBUM RELEASE: Ghosthreads - selftitled

We are re-releasing the debut self-titled EP from Ghostthreads, a project by members of the Russian post-black metal band Swampborn. The Ghostthreads EP was recorded during Swampborn`s "Beyond Ratio" sessions, an album released by Hypnotic Dirge in 2020.
